 | How to shop on this site Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site using the navigation bars provided at the top and/or side of each page. Most of the sections in the shop have sub-sections, where the choice is large enough to enable this.
When you have selected an item you wish to purchase click the "Add to cart" button next to the product to put it into the shopping cart. Please take special care where options that may be available with this product. A default option is selected but you may want to change this via the radio buttons or drop down boxes provided to select the options you want.
As you select an item to add to the cart you will asked to choose a delivery country for the goods you wish to order. The choice of country will enable us to calculate your total bill. This will take into account postage or carriage charges and calculate the VAT (sales tax) that is applicable.
You will then be taken to the cart page. At this point you can choose to delete any item from the cart. You may also change the quantity of each item in the cart. The default quantity is set to 1 for each item.
Once you have selected all items you wish to purchase click on the "Checkout" text in the navigation bar at the top of the page. The checkout is also available at the foot of the page each time you add an item to (or view) the cart.
You will be shown the total invoice price and asked to enter your name and address details. If you have chosen a different invoice and delivery address, you will be asked to enter this too. Following this you will be directed to our secure on-line payment service to complete the transaction.
We accept credit card payment. Your credit card provider will calculate your currency equivalent of the order value, if your card is not in the same currency as the site.
You will receive a confirmation email detailing your order, this will be sent to you within 24 hours. You will also receive a confirmation email once all of the goods have been dispatched to you.
