 | Our Pricing Policy All of our products are priced to bring you the best possible value. We negotiate prices with our suppliers to ensure that we remain competitive and we endeavour to keep our advertised prices low.
To back this up, if you find exactly the same product advertised at a lower price at any retail jewellery shop or web site, within 30 days of your purchase, then send us the evidence and we'll send you the difference.
Product prices are displayed on our web site exclusive of VAT (Sales Tax) and delivery. Delivery costs are added in the shopping cart since we can only calculate these when we know where the goods are being shipped to. Delivery is charged to you at COST or less. We do not make a profit on shipping charges.
The addition of VAT or Sales Tax in the shopping card enables us to show you the actual amount that will be charged. Goods for delivery outside of the European Union are not subject to VAT and are shipped tax free.
